Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel

We recently stayed at Mercure Piccadilly and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were exceptionally warm and friendly. They even took the time to interact with our 10-month-old baby. The room was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the drinks reception where we could meet the staff and other guests. We would like to commend Sue the Cleaner, Lucie the Receptionist, and Will the New Zealander for their outstanding service. the hotel offered excellent value and a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Warm and adequate breakfast selection for all tastes with cheese, a smashing view over Piccadilly Gardens, the best meals. Very central location and comfy and peaceful hotel itself.

Had 2 nights in Manchester, spending our time here lovely. All of the staff was helpful and attentive. The rooms were functional and brand-new, had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. Its ideal, central location was a plus.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were charming and helpful, especially at check-in. The hotel had excellent facilities and was very clean. Its central location in the heart of this city made it perfect for our needs. Finally, the breakfast was delicious with great views from the dining area.

Not obvious to find, but once we arrived, everything was perfect.

We lovely spend 1 night in Manchester. Booked classic double room with climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV.

We didn't have time, even so the buffet breakfast looked gorgeous. Favourable location, an easy walk to Canal Street.

Recently stayed at Mercure in Manchester for two nights during a weekend getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's central location made it easy to travel around the city and explore all that it had to offer. The staff was friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries. Each morning, a decent breakfast was conveniently placed near our door, fueling us for the day ahead. a pleasant stay filled with comfort and convenient amenities.

Fine stay, as always. Early check-in was good, just what we needed. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Liked that they had onsite restaurant Level 3, no need to go somewhere else.

The hotel's location is unbeatable with the Metrolink stop only a minute away and most attractions around the city easily accessible. near the station and in the centre of town. The large and comfy bed was a plus, as were the friendly staff and the tasty breakfast.

The room was extremely small with no electric socket near the kettle. The refreshments and toiletries were also lacking, with only one pack of biscuits and one small shower gel for two people.

The setting was quite unbeatable within easy reach of a publicly owned art museum: D

The check-in process at Mercure was smooth and efficient. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and cute, making me feel at ease after a long journey. I appreciated their warm hospitality. the customer service was excellent.

Spotlessly clean place, magnificent location, brilliant staff. Their breakfast was great and had lots of food. Classic twin room was cosy, everything was perfect.

The whole place was fairly clean, I really enjoyed it, and had fab staff and amenities. Totally really great stay in a long time.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was very close to everything we required. It was easy to get to from all parts of the center and equally near the station. We loved being near Piccadilly station for the night, as it made exploring the city very convenient.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The service at the breakfast restaurant was lacking, with the breakfast manager being inflexible and bordering on rude.

Stayed here before, appreciated location and rooms. The beds were too hard here, nonetheless it was a great stay all in all.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was very poor and the bathroom was a little cramped.

The service was excellent, with room service and laundry available 24/7, making it easy to feel at home. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the in-room amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including an in-room safe and air conditioning.

This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay.

Convenient location, close to city center. Clean and comfortable room as shown in pictures. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Easy access to public transportation.

They were very good too ensure that we had a great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. It made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily get around. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom especially needed some attention, with worn-out fixtures and grout.

The room we stayed in was huge, making us feel like celebrities. It was definitely worth the value, especially during a busy pride festival. We even ended up extending our stay to enjoy the room even more. The location of the hotel was excellent, being centrally located near all the transport links. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit local bars and restaurants.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was difficult to change and didn't come with any instructions. This made it impossible to override and we ended up just turning it off.

We had a lovely stay here for a birthday getaway break. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, so we had easy access to all the popular sights and shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was great, with lots of choices for breakfast and even special menus for dietary requirements. We also received a thoughtful birthday card and had truffles and wine waiting for us in our room upon arrival. It was a wonderful surprise!

We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay. Check-in was a bit slow due to lack of staff, but they apologized and acknowledged the problem.
